Karen has been working in the Senior Living industry for the past 8 years. She began her journey in home care as a Community Liaison where she communicated with hospitals, senior living communities, doctors’ offices, and other local organizations to bring awareness to the services that home care provides.

Karen’s passion of helping seniors then led her to accept the role of Marketing Director at Heather Glen Senior Living and more recently at South Mountain Memory Care. During this time, Karen gained a wealth of knowledge and connections in the senior living landscape. She has truly enjoyed her time working with healthcare professionals and bringing recognition towards premier senior facilities in the Lehigh Valley.

 

The combination of Karen’s professional and personal experience of caring for aging parents has led her to create a business where she can be a part of the placement journey every step of the way.  Her passion of working with families and helping residents find a community that best fits their needs is how Premier Senior Placement came to be.  She understands the challenges first-hand that families face when making the decision of where to place their loved one.

Karen has been a resident of Lower Macungie for the past 30 years.  She is married to her husband Jim, and has two children, Ryan and Erin who both graduated from Emmaus High School.
