Andrew Breting has spent the past 10 years immersed in the senior care world, working across hospitals, home care, independent living, assisted living, and memory care. His journey began in sales and operations, where he quickly discovered how much he valued building strong relationships with families, residents, and the professionals who support them.

 

Throughout his career, Andrew has gained a deep understanding of the senior living landscape and the unique needs of older adults in transition. He has truly enjoyed collaborating with healthcare partners and senior communities to help families feel confident and supported during some of life’s most important decisions.

Andrew’s dedication to serving seniors is shaped not only by his professional experience, but also by his belief in treating every family with empathy, clarity, and respect. Guiding people toward solutions that genuinely fit their needs is what motivates him every day.

In 2024, Andrew returned home to the Lehigh Valley, excited to plant roots back in the Community that raised him. He now lives in Allentown with his wife, Morgan, and their two daughters, Charlie and Cameron, who bring endless joy and keep him connected to what matters most.

 

Being close to family and giving back to the area he loves continues to fuel Andrew’s commitment to this work and this Community.

Karen has been working in the Senior Living industry for the past 13 years. She began her journey in home care as a Community Liaison where she communicated with hospitals, senior living communities, doctors’ offices, and other local organizations to bring awareness to the services that home care provides.

 

Karen’s passion of helping seniors then led her to accept the role of Marketing Director at Heather Glen Senior Living and more recently at South Mountain Memory Care. During this time, Karen gained a wealth of knowledge and connections in the senior living landscape. She has truly enjoyed her time working with healthcare professionals and bringing recognition towards premier senior facilities in the Lehigh Valley.

 

The combination of Karen’s professional and personal experience of caring for aging parents has led her to create a business where she can be a part of the placement journey every step of the way.  Her passion of working with families and helping residents find a community that best fits their needs is how Premier Senior Placement came to be.  She understands the challenges first-hand that families face when making the decision of where to place their loved one.

 

Karen has been a resident of Lower Macungie for the past 30 years.  She is married to her husband Jim, and has two children, Ryan and Erin who both graduated from Emmaus High School.
